Technical support (program features, bug reports, suggestions on improving the program, etc.) If reporting a bug, please include information about versions of Windows and product you are using and a detailed description of the problem. A reproducible sequence of steps leading to the problem would be most helpful.

Before writing a bug report try following these rules:

Provide software title and version.
Provide windows version and system configuration.
Describe a bug, using as many details as possible, including screen shots of the error messages.
Describe the sequence of actions that leads to the bug.
